MVP Sports Performance provides a top quality, soccer-specific, strength & conditioning program to our members.
MVP have created a Strength & Conditioning program that is specific for soccer athletes looking to train effectively, and enhance performance. Over time the training program will support players looking to increase strength, resiliency, manage weight, and build confidence.
MVP offers these programs 3-4 times per year to our members with the next installment starting in June 2018.
Duration: 8 weeks
Dates: June 18-Aug 7, 2018
Schedule: Mondays, 6-7pm
Location: Bellevue College Turf Field
