The B07 Navy team won their final game of the season 3-2 against a solid Seattle Celtic Green team and Odle Middle School. Koshin got himself a brace in the match and Joseph also himself got on the scoresheet to secure the win. The boys played well, especially in the midfield, to get the result and end their season a great note. Coach Keenan was pleased with the way the boys performed all season and is feeling very confident heading into State Cup. The team will look to get some positive results this upcoming weekend and showcase their talents well.
The G08 Navy Bellevue Titans came away with an amazing 2-1 victory over Velocity FC over the weekend. The girls put in the ultimate team performance and stepped up in big moments to come away with the win. With the victory, the girls move to the top half of the table and are closing in on the third-place spot. Coach Mario and the girls have shown some incredible leaps forward in their team development and are peaking at a great point in the season.
The B04 White Bellevue team lost a tough match 3-1 against the Pumas at Wilburton Park. The boys have been competing very hard in a tough division but have struggled to find the back of the net this season. However, Coach Tye hasn’t been discouraged about the results. The boys have been developing in trainings and improving as a squad. The boys have one more game remaining in league play and they will be competing against the first-place team. The boys are also optimistic about their chances in State Cup as they favor their chances in their division. The boys are ready to compete, and we are confident they will showcase their talents well and represent our club in a big way.
The B06 White Bellevue team got their 8th straight win to run the table with a 8-1 result over Cascade FC at Jeanne Hansen Park. The conditions weren’t great as the weather wasn’t very cooperative, but the boys persevered and ended their season on a very high note. The boys played well together as multiple players got on the scoresheet. The boys did a great job of possessing the ball near the end to seal the victory. The B06 White Bellevue team dominated the season from start to finish winning 8 of their 8 matches and they will look to continue this hot streak into State Cup next weekend. Big congratulations to Coach Nelson and the team for all their efforts this season. Big accomplishment!
The B08 Navy Bellevue team won their game in dominating fashion 7-1 against TC United at Starfire. The boys played very well as a unit, combining passes all over the pitch, playing out of the back, and playing some dangerous balls in behind the defensive line. Everyone contributed to the big win and Coach Gabe was pleased with the way the boys came together as a unit to get the result. The boys have three games left and 1st place is completely up for grabs. The boys will look to finish the season strong!
The B09 Navy Mercer Island team had a tough match over the weekend as they fell short to ISC Gunners at Salmon Bay Elementary. The boys struggled to get the ball wide and take advantage of the width. They also struggled to break lines and move the ball up the field. The opposition was very talented and the team had a hard time staying with them in the defensive third. The team has their final match in a few weeks, so Coach Keegan will be working hard to prepare the boys to finish the season strong.
The league champion B04 Navy team won 2-1 against United SC La Raza team in Wenatchee over the weekend to solidify their championship season. The boys competed against a tough opponent and despite losing a player to injury during the match, the team came together and put in a strong performance with 10 men. Coach Keenan and the squad have been competing at a very high level all season and they are as confident as ever heading into State Cup. The boys compete in their first State Cup match this Friday at Starfire.
