We begin our first February installment of the Titan Weekly Report with the B03 Navy team who have climbed to the top of the Super League table. The boys had two tough games this weekend, but Coach Lee and the team were ready for the challenge. In their first matchup against FPSC Fury, the boys dominated the game controlling the possession battle, rattled the bar a few times, and put their defense under a ton of pressure. The opposing keeper made some incredible saves, but this never deflated the boys’ confidence. Yadita had himself weekend and scored two incredible goals against the Fury to give the Titans a great 2-1 victory.
In their second match against Emerald City, their performance the day before carried over and the boys played with a tremendous amount of confidence. Emerald City created some great opportunities, but the boys dominated the game for the most part. Coach Lee was pleased with the intellectual style of play these boys bring to the pitch. The boys were combining all over the field, making dynamic runs, and the attacking show they put on for the fans was incredible. The final score was 3-0 and they now sit on top of the table with one more game remaining against Lake Hills.
