MVP Sports Performance provides a top quality, soccer-specific, strength & conditioning program to our members.
MVP have created a Strength & Conditioning program that is specific for soccer athletes looking to train effectively, and enhance performance. Over time the training program will support players looking to increase strength, resiliency, manage weight, and build confidence.
MVP offers these programs 3-4 times per year to our members with the next instalment starting in January 2018.
Duration: 8 weeks
Dates: Wed Jan 10-Thurs Mar 1, 2018
Schedule: Wednesdays, 5-6pm G04/G05/G06/G07
Thursdays, 5-6pm B04/B05/B06/B07
Location: Chestnut Hill Academy, Indoor Gym
