FALL SEASON SUCCESSES
Our G07 Navy Titans made it 2 division titles and promotions in a row with a 10-0 season under Coaches Jack Sturgess and Jaynie Woodard. These girls have shown great improvement over the last 12 months and have earned the opportunity to step up to the SuperLeague in Spring.
The B06 Navy Bellevue team led by Coach Javi Cruz enjoyed a very successful Fall Season taking #1 spot in the Classic 2 Division with a record of 8 wins and only 2 losses. They secured the division title in the very last game with a 2-1 victory and now step up to the Classic 1 Division in Spring.
To demonstrate how strong our program is at the B06 level, our B06 Navy Mercer Island team also secured the title in Fall with a record of 8-1-1 in the SuperLeague 1 Division. Coach Jack Sturgess and the boys now move up to the very top division, the NPL, in Spring and will compete against some of the best teams in State at this age group.
To make it a hattrick of Division Titles, Coach Jack led his B05 Navy Bellevue team to the SuperLeague 2 title with a record of 9 wins and 1 loss. These boys will now compete in the SuperLeague 1 in Spring.
Thanksgiving SKLZ Clinic
Avoid Black Friday and Burn some Calories
NPSA is hosting a Thanksgiving SKLZ Clinic as a perfect way to ease off those extra turkey and pumpkin pie calories! On Friday, November 24th, our coaches will be running three fast-paced stations that will include SAQ competitions, finishing, and small sided games with game-related technique. On top of holding a fantastic clinic for players aged 6-14, we will also be hosting a PARENTS VS PLAYERS Scrimmage! NPSA coaches will set up large fields for parents to truly test if they've "still got it." No coaching, just family fun on the soccer field. Please note that this clinic is open to all soccer players, not just NPSA families. For more information, as well as registration, please CLICK HERE.
All questions regarding this clinic can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Spring Season Training Camp (SSTC)
Now that league games are done, your player may be getting antsy sitting around the house. Bring them to Spring Season Training Camp where they'll have fun developing their skills with their team mates and friends.
Our camp is open to all players, not just NPSA members, and is being offered in 3 locations: Bellevue, Mercer Island and Newport Hills. If your player wants to bring a friend, please do, but remember they have to register too.
Our NPSA Swag Store is now open for business. We have Ruffneck Scarves (seen in the image below), Strideline Socks, New Era caps, car decals and cinch bags. Stock up now for the holiday season.
